Our trainers are versatile in style and techniques. We focus in on the client and use the most effective exercises in helping them achieve their goals. The biggest part of “personal” training is for the trainer to be able to identify the uniqueness of the client. That’s exactly what we do. Uniqueness meaning the best learning patterns, if form is hard for them, if they tense up during most exercises, if the wrong muscle groups are performing the exercise, which tight muscles are inhibiting movements, and many other trainee considerations.
Our trainers do not have to necessarily beat you into the ground (unless you would like for us to!). We are very diverse and can meet you at whatever fitness level you’re at. Our training can be as aggressive or as gradual as it needs to be depending on your abilities, ambitions, and willingness. We are very motivated as trainers and we bring that inspiration to the client.

Trial and error is something we’ll all have to go through when incorporating something outside our realm of expertise. Trial and error is OK but unnecessary in this case. Why delay the results you can get now? Why run around searching for telephone booths when you can enjoy the convenience of a cell phone? We stay abreast with the latest developments in the industry that can save out clients lots of time and money.

Our niche is holding all of the benefiting tools of fitness in balance. Often times, aspiring exercisers have difficulty achieving their goals due to neglected areas in their regimen. We push for clients specific goals but also educate clients on areas that need improving as well. For example, we can push a client on strength goals but we know that strength is limited with faulty posture alignments. In a case like this, we would incorporate some corrective exercises into the sessions as well. In the case of a client wanting to prep for a 10k, we would work on increasing the client’s cardio capacity. We would also make sure that the proper muscles are sound for the client to sustain and absorb shock properly to endure the run.
A systematic program that will progressively take you through various levels of challenge. While giving you the encouragement, confidence, and knowledge to succeed.
